As a Chennaite she was already in love with the south Indian Cuisines, getting married to Vinodh, a Tamilian, only drew her more closer to it. She is a passionate cook for her three children, who are her best critic. She insists ‘Learning has no age’, and ‘Cooking is a process, and there is no shortcut to it’. She gives credit to her mother, for imbibing cooking at her early age.
