After college, he spent over 30 years as a Software Engineer in the US Defense Industry, working in Texas, Maryland, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Colorado. Today, Rick is fulfilling his lifelong dream of writing historical fiction and non-fiction stories. He lives in southwest Missouri, researching Ozarks history and collecting antiques, old books, and old photos with his wife, Debra.
