This provided Neil the opportunity to travel extensively through the United States and Europe. After graduating High school in Florida, Neil received degrees in Political Science and accounting and served three years in the U.S. Army. After this service he pursued concurrent careers as a teamster and in tax preparation. He now makes his home in Provo Utah.
