She spent most of her adolescent years in beautiful Southern California, where the mountains meet the sea. She is still in Southern California with her beautiful son Krew.
Her passion for eating naturally and holistically began to grow when Krew was born and she wanted to make cooking and eating as healthy and enjoyable as possible. She took the time, year after year, meal after meal, to demonstrate to her family and friends how to properly nourish their bodies to get the most out of life. She often visits the Hawaiian Islands for the tropical inspiration that’s found throughout her recipes. Now, after many years, she has finally decided that the world needs to know how to eat in a natural, holistic way.
Britney earned the nickname “Rainbow Brit” because of her vibrant and positive attitude, and now she wants to share some of her secrets to a happy and fulfilling life: using ingredients infused with the naturally occurring colors of the rainbow. She believes her recipes will change the way you have always thought about eating healthy.
