Her parents encouraged her to pursue her talents. She moved to Dallas in 1976 with her family. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston and of UHCL. While Lynn worked as a substitute teacher in the DISD for 23 years, she continued to produce art. She is a member of the MAC and is utilizing her Master’s Degree to design ESL/Art courses.
