Camille witnessed first-hand how tough job layoffs and restructures were on employees, and she knew from experience how stressful these situations can be. Camille was driven to light a path for others to follow.
After spending decades working for many large corporations, Camille focused on using her knowledge to find a way to help those who felt trapped in their jobs and performing unfulfilling work. Camille has a global perspective when it comes to work and the planet.
