Jack McInturff is a retired ordained American Baptist minister born in Franklin, Indiana, and has a deceased older brother. He is married with three grown children.
In 1958, he was baptized and received a call to go into the pastoral ministry. He graduated from Franklin College, and then attended and graduated from Northern Baptist Seminary in 1966. He served as the assistant pastor at the first Baptist Church of Rock Island in Rock Island, Illinois. The last church that Rev McInturff pastored was a small rural church in Berwick, Illinois.
