Cathy Ivery Parham, a native of Rome Georgia, is the Leisure Librarian at a mens Correctional Facility. She graduated from The University of Alabama with her MLIS a LONG time ago!!
Growing up in Rome, Georgia with her Mother and Father, Sister, two Brothers, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends, and a number of cats and dogs, made for a very happy childhood! She has one Daughter and a Son in Law. She is a Surrogate Mother, to a few sons and daughters and Surrogate Godmother to one son. Right now Cathy makes her home in Oklahoma. But who knows where she will go next?
She is chairman of the Turkhead Coffee Association where she makes fun of and mentors the two member addicted Turkish coffee drinkers.
