Family, four brothers and three sisters. We moved to Fresno in the early sixties, where I started scribbling on my garage walls, as I did laundry with our old ringer type Maytag washing machine. I have always prayed and dreamed of being a published author. I have been working since age five with my parents and siblings; whether it was, picking boysenberries’, grapes, and cotton or working 10 hours on a tomato harvester machine. I am proud to be a child of farm working parents; it’s their hard work that has shaped all of us into what we are today.
