Adrian P. Stubbs was born in Nassau, Bahamas. He is an electronic engineer with over twenty-five years experience in the engineering and information technology sectors. He also has over eighteen years of law enforcement experience at the state, county, and city levels and served for a short stint as a marine. Adrian graduated from Norfolk State University with his first undergraduate degree and went on to obtain another and a graduate degree from Kennedy-Western University.
