One, The Legacy of Ladysmith, was a Book-of-the-Month Club Featured Selection. Another, The Root of All Evil, was named to the American Library Association’s List of “Best Academic Books of the Year.” In September, 2009, he collected his short stories into a book titled Growing Up as a Baby Boomer, all about one hero’s maturation from age 5 to age 45.
