Dr. Adimchi Onyenadum was born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria in 1954. His parents, the late Rev. G. Onyenadum Akwarandu and Mrs. (Rev.) Fidelia U. Akwarandu were pioneers of the Assemb...vizualizați mai multeDr. Adimchi Onyenadum was born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria in 1954. His parents, the late Rev. G. Onyenadum Akwarandu and Mrs. (Rev.) Fidelia U. Akwarandu were pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church, Nigeria. He attended Evangel High School, Old Umuahia, a boarding school of the Assemblies of God Mission, Nigeria, from where he graduated in 1974 after a 4-year schooling interruption due to the 1967 Biafran war. Two years later, he was awarded a government scholarship to study in Europe.
He studied medicine at the University of Patras Medical School, Greece, from where he obtained a medical degree in 1986. From there he went on to specialize in Internal Medicine, and later on in Medical Oncology. After serving as a Consultant Physician in Patras Municipal General Hospital, he was elected as a Registrar in Medical Oncology at the University Hospital of the University of Patras Medical School. Presently he is a Medical Director at the Department of Medical Oncology of the same hospital.
Dr. Onyenadum is a fervent believer in the Lord and a self-styled Bible scholar as it pertains to the original (Koine) Greek New Testament. He teaches a small home Bible study group.
