As a student, she interviewed track and field athletes and wrote human interest stories for the newspaper. She began blogging on her website in 2014. Ruthenna is also an actress, having appeared in classical plays and independent films where she has received rave reviews. She is a youth ministry teacher at Faithful Central Bible Church in Inglewood, CA and has spoken at youth conferences nationwide. Today, she continues to exercise her creativity on paper and film.
