As an outspoken proponent of the need for improved and more dignified models of long-term care and the important issues facing care for our elder citizens, she has been interviewed on radio programs such as WGCH AM Greenwich Business Talk Radio and become the "Voice of Eldercare Advocacy. Phyllis is a board member of the Massachusetts Advocates for Nursing Home Reform.
