He received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas Southern University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He is the founder of TheraGood Deeds, a Houston based 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides mentoring, counseling, and outreach opportunities focused on making a positive impact in the lives of youth - affectionately referred to as "Future Achievers." As a public servant, youth mentor, speaker, and philanthropist, he has a relentless passion for giving, helping, and encouraging others. In addition to mentoring youth and helping others, TheraGood enjoys playing basketball, working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
