After nearly 5 years of first-hand experience and successfully selling her business (during a pandemic no less), she whipped up "Tiny Tips for Your Vending Side-Hustle" to share her hard-won insights. Vicki is also a collegiate writing instructor, a grant writing consultant, and a contributing author. She has written for This Land Press, TulsaKids Magazine, and Buzzfeed. She was included in the anthology, "Voices From the Heartland, Vol. 2" (University of Oklahoma Press, 2019).
