His ministry includes praise and worship as a musician and songwriter. He is also a teacher and preacher who has been given a mandate by God to train up Christian leaders in the Kingdom of God. Pierce has served the Lord in many capacities in the body of Christ, from Praise and Worship leader; to Senior Pastor; to Men's Ministry Leader; to Vacation Bible School head; to Youth Choir director.
Pierce has retired from Schneider Electric/Square D Company after 32 years in the private industry. He has served his country in the United State Air Force for seven years and has been an assistant to the Pastor in ministry.
