He qualified as a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner in 2005 – his lifelong interest in meditation culminated in a deepening understanding of Self Enquiry. His first book on this ancient and profound Practice was completed in India and published in 2010; his second book was published in 2016. He has introduced this Practice to many groups and individuals over the years.
