He has acquired his expertise in real estate business from his experience with RealStar, Coldwell Banker, and DTZ as each of these different firms have their own strengths in the different segments of the real estate market.
After gaining valuable experience and knowledge, he feels now at home with ERA since September 2013. He is an active team member of Synergy Division and Powerhouse Division, one of the top divisions in ERA. He started as a marketing executive and quickly rose to the rank of marketing director.
He has also eighteen years experience in the insurance, investments and finance industry.
Being in the service industry for more than twenty years, Shahlan has always make customer satisfaction his top priority so as to create a win-win situation for his clients and himself.
