Many times, friends will call and ask for recommendations for restaurant stops when traveling. Two of those friends, Melinda Mendoza and Philip Campbell, suggested I write a book that includes my favorites. And Paige Baker, a Seymour High and Texas Tech alumni, has stayed on me to finish this project. I hope you enjoy reading and eating as much as I did discovering the places in this list.
