Dr. Wakefield is a firm believer that the “mental game of life” is “teachable and learnable”. Before a person can teach the game of life a person must understand the game of life. In order to take advantage of the multiple experiences that life has to offer, focus on the greatness in the world and be disciplined to make great life choices, a person must be mentally strong.
