Andy is acknowledged as the industry leader in developing and managing adaptive, dynamic business relationships. Andy and the SRS team help organizations develop and implement alternative relationship-based delivery management strategies and organizational transformations. Andy’s passion is for helping clients achieve the following:
1. Source, establish and manage adaptive long term partnerships that deliver proportionately aligned and sustainable value to public sector stakeholders, private sector partners and consumers at large;
2. Alignment of public sector policy framework, approval processes, procurement and program management to support sustainable long term Relationships;
3. Employ large and complex public – private relationships as a catalyst to create strategic supply chains and sustained economic benefits.
Working with clients in both the public and private sectors, Andy pioneered the first evolution of the relationship-based contracting model in the late 90’s. Today, based on shared purpose and values, joint governance principles and an open book philosophy the Relational Model provides for establishing and managing relationships that deliver exceptional performance and sustained stakeholder value. The Relationship-based model has proven its effectiveness in many high profile business arrangements in several sectors including the Transportation, Health and Defense industries.
