She studied humanities at the University of Heidelberg, followed by years of intensive spiritual studies of Ancient Wisdom, Esoteric Astrology and Meditation. She also obtained a qualification as a natural healing practitioner.
In 1982, she opened a Practice for Spiritual Psychology and in 1988, she co-founded a Spiritual Center in Wörthsee near Munich.
