She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Texas (now Texas A&M University) in Killeen, Texas. She also holds a certificate from the Rhema Correspondence Bible School.
She met and married Dexter Skepple in 1993 and they immediately moved to Dexter’s home in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Together they have one son, who is the joy of their lives.
Pastor Terry is tremendously gifted and talented. She is a gospel-recording artist, songwriter, Minister of music and worship leader. Pastor Terry is also a dynamic and engaging speaker and learned professor, having taught courses in Psychology at the University of the Virgin Islands and numerous classes at Speak the Word Ministries on subjects ranging from Relationships to the Old Testament Tabernacle, to the End Times.
