A native of southeast Louisiana, she now makes her home in North Carolina.As a facilitator of women’s groups and a leader of weekend workshops, she has had the privilege of connecting with, and teaching, hundreds of women over the years. Armed with the knowledge that she is a Spirit being having a human experience, she is committed to sharing her understanding of the power of the feminine, the wonder of returning to authenticity, the heroine’s journey and the possibility of living a conscious, mindful life.Besides writing and teaching, she enjoys organic gardening, creative cooking, being in nature, motorcycling, and participating fully in life.
