As an athlete he was a trampoline champion, a world-class aerial acrobatic freestyle skier and professional high diver. These disciplines gave him first-hand experience of the mind/body connection and the power that thought has in producing physical effects. At the high point of his skiing career an experience of his higher self working through his physical body moved him from the sports arena into the area of holistic health and healing.
As Michael investigated various alternative healing modalities it became clear that many of the physical ills that affect us today are preventable. Through the study of Nutrition, Psychological Kinesiology, Lymphology, various spiritual paths and other mind / body / spirit teachings, he learned that there were certain physical, emotional and mental principles of health, that, when incorporated into ones life dramatically lessened the likelihood of disease, and, at the same time enhanced performance and the over-all quality of life.
To effectively take the message of prevention through creating optimal health to young people and families Michael founded the Positive Air Team. Using a dynamic trampoline performance this group of professional athletes presented High Performance Living Programs to over a million students, staff and parents across the western U.S. In addition Michael has presented his high performance living and wellness message to numerous businesses and organizations.
Exploring a holistic approach to health inevitability leads one into the spiritual dimension of life. Michaels spiritual path has been wide, inclusive and eclectic.
