He is the antique fishing-tackle expert for the International Game Fish Association (IGFA) and assisted in the opening of the IGFA Hall of Fame and Museum in Dania Beach, Florida. Timothy P. O�Brien, PhD, a native Miamian, grew up around angling, fishing tackle, stories, and the lore of big-game fish.
