He has also been the General Manager of the largest health club in Delhi, India. His key skills involve connecting with people and motivating them to action their health and fitness goals. It always perplexed him to see folks who spent tireless hours working out but not losing weight in years. During his journey he experienced weight gain himself, despite following conventional advice. It was during his own quest to lose weight that he discovered how popular recommendations are not only inaccurate but are responsible for the obesity epidemic.
