His spiritual awakening began at age 21, in New York. He met Amma, his Guru, when he was 25, and moved to India two years later. Ram is a songwriter, playwright and children's author and has spent the last 27 years in India, meeting many Saints and Gurus, and observing many miracles. He has been happily married since 2002.
