Today, if you can’t reach her immediately, she’s probably in a fitness class or hiking. She reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro at age 50 and is off to climb in the Swiss Alps at age 55.
She started lifting weights, setting her elliptical to an insane grade, and practicing yoga after the age of 40. It took her almost five years to comfortably touch her toes and she learned a lot about herself on the journey.
Syd practices what she teaches. Nothing can get in the way of keeping her body at her optimal fitness level. She eats six incredibly healthy meals each day, and includes strength, cardio, and flexibility activities in her well-balanced weekly fitness plan.
She has motivated and inspired people on five continents to create a lifetime of healthy living, one step at a time. Her seminars, videos and new book All-Day Energy: 100 Ways to Boost Your Energy ... Now! provide down-to-earth tools to energize your life.
Syd loves to travel, is open to creative adventures, and loves sharing energy ideas. She is a requested international speaker, coach, and author, currently working on her second book All-Day Success.
