Elizabeth was inspired to write this story while helping one of her daughters battle Leukemia for 5 years before going into remission in 2008.
Stacey Hendricks has a Masters Degree in Screenwriting and has been creating works of fiction for over 15 years. She collaborated on this story with her sister, Elizabeth, after seeing what her niece had to go through during her experience with Leukemia.
