In 1949 she moved with her husband, to the United States and settled in Hoboken, New Jersey. She went to Business School, then worked in the Whole Sale Baking Industry as a Packaging Buyer, and Purchasing Manager. And was a member of the Packaging Institute, U.S.A. She and her husband moved to Tamarac, FL where she became an active member of the Condominium Association for 18 years.
