In 2017, she launched out as a creative solopreneur and has since helped dozens of individuals write their stories and share them with the world. As anauthor, collaborator, writing coach, course creator, and screenwriter, she draws from a wide range of storytelling experiences to help people find their voice and tell their stories. Her clients include high profile speakers, artists, trauma survivors, business owners, and hometown heroes whose stories are now benefiting the world in powerful ways.In 2023, Emily began publishing parts of her own story on Substack, where she shares semiweekly stories and reflections about her personal experiences as a neurodivergent woman growing up in an evangelical pastor's home.
