His journey includes the corporate business world in varied leadership roles, entrepreneur, author, public speaker, instructor, coach and mentor. He founded Infinity Leadership Consulting, LLC to inspire people and assist organizations with strategies and solutions to maximize leadership impact.
Dr. Morton gained extensive leadership experience from several Fortune 500 companies and regularly coaches and mentors leaders. He actively serves in his local community and seeks to be a clarion voice for positivity on a global level. He earned a bachelor’s in finance, a master’s in management and a doctorate in business with a concentration in leadership.
Dr. Morton is an advanced Toastmaster and completed the Certified Executive Coaching Program through Dream Builders Communications, Inc. and the Speaker-Author-Blueprint Program through Success by Choice, Inc. Dr. Morton resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina area along with his family.
