Attaining and maintaining spiritual health is essential to restoring physical, emotional, and mental health. This understanding has led me to increasingly incorporate my Faith into clinical practice, believing God can heal deep suffering.
I did not become a mental health clinician to discover the missing pieces that seem unaddressed. I am a mental health provider because of my Faith, not in spite of it.
