He is a recognised expert in the deployment of major HR ERP systems like Workday and SuccessFactors. Scharff’s career began with the Belgian Police, before he became an HR Director in multiple sectors including pharmaceutical, industrial automation and banking. For the past eleven years he has run Inspiring More Sustainability Luxembourg www.imslux.lu a non-profit supporting increased corporate social responsibility in Luxembourg.
