He was a founder member of the Riverfly Partnership and pioneered the Anglers Monitoring Initiative to enable anglers to detect pollution incidents. His PhD with the University of London was on the ecology of mayflies and he is a Fellow of the Royal Entomological Society. He lives in Amesbury, in the heart of the southern chalkstreams, and he is married with two children and two grandchildren.vizualizați mai puține
