Just a small town preschool teacher, Ashlee began writing short stories as a hobby for the children at her family’s child care center. These stories were written for the children that needed guidance and advice. As an early childhood education major and working full time, Ashlee had her first son, Grayson, whom she writes stories for now. With over half a decade of experience working with children and becoming a mother, it is now a goal to accomplish bigger things. One goal is to provide a childcare environment that is safe and secure to everyone, where children can grow and learn. Another goal is to provide tools and resources for children to turn to in tough times. The ability to imagine and explore through activity, art and reading is an incredible thing. Providing a children’s book for children to read about experiences they can relate too and learn from gives Ashlee a chance to reach children worldwide, not just in her center. “Every child has a voice and I want to help them find the strength and confidence to let it be heard.”vizualizați mai puține
