It is a place for retired Presbyterian pastors, missionaries, and other eligible church workers in Pasadena, California. They have two out-of-town grandchildren who make occasional visits to the Grove and enjoy walking the beautiful campus (told about in the author’s first book, The Gift of Imagination.)
