During her life, she has faced several personal obstacles to include surviving breast cancer since 1994. She has a bachelor of science degree in social psychology and a master’s degree in business administration. Recently retired from the federal government, she keeps busy working in her community, teaching children. Currently, she lives in the Washington, DC, area.
