Upon first entering practice, he became disabled by recurrent panic attacks. Three decades after his therapeutic rescue, he felt the urge to record the emotional gains which began with that rescue. Upon completion of that narrative, it occurred to him that the recorded insights from his journey of fear might help other victims to understand the significance of similar events in their own lives and thus find the road to emotional freedom!
His pastimes have included fishing, tennis, and snow skiing in years gone by. Now, he tries to stay physically fit, mows the grass, and makes small household repairs. Staying fit is aided by an exercise machine he invented---patented in 1985. It's a substitute for swimming. He has played the violin for sixty years, and still does---a source of ongoing pleasure. He and his wife of fifty-one years reside in the Piedmont region of South Carolina.vizualizați mai puține
