He is listed in Who's Who in America and in Who's Who in the World, and has been board-certified as an Alternative Medical Practitioner by the AAMA.
Frank is a member of Mystery Writers of America, Paralyzed Veterans of America and other groups. He lives with his wife Magali in Zephyrhills, Florida and has three children who have given him five beautiful grandchildren.
He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1996 and with prostate cancer in 2005. The experiences of some of his characters are reflections of those that Frank has lived.
This is Frank’s fourth mystery novel.
