Fuwad has worked in a variety of senior in-house and advisory roles within the talent acquisition landscape particularly within the financial services and banking sectors including Islamic banking. For 20 years has helped build successful teams and companies in a variety of sectors and locations.
He recently returned to the United Kingdom after living and working in Dubai where he helped clients from around the Gulf and worked extensively with clients in Malaysia.
Each organisation has its own complexities when it comes to sourcing, managing and keeping talent and Fuwad enjoys not only the challenge of building multi-faceted teams and talent processes but seeing departments, companies and the people within them grow, mature and function efficiently.
Fuwad has a bachelor's degree in politics from London South Bank University, a master's degree in human resource management from the University of West London and a second master's degree in international finance from Kingston Business School, University of Kingston.
