Presently, he is the creative mind behind a sports and exercise website called www.projectsportsmastery.com and is preparing for his second triathlon. Both passionate and self-driven, he is on a lifelong mission to help people from all walks of life achieve their fitness goals and attain optimum health.
Furthermore, Oscar holds a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, and has attended a multitude of wellness seminars throughout the years.
When he isn't writing health and fitness-related content, Oscar Mendez enjoys bicycling, snowboarding, playing soccer, and hiking.
