But I have had an incredible journey that has led me to a passion that makes me want to help others! I am a qualified Australian Health Coach and the owner and Director of Love Thy Nutritional Medicine. I am a lover of fresh food, a health blogger and I believe in using food as medicine. I have developed the 'Raw Recharge', a 30 day raw vegan detox for those who want to improve their health and set themselves on a path for a better, happier life.
