Happiness. We all want it. Ask anyone what it is they want most in life and chances are the answer will be, “Happiness - to be happy in life”. Happiness is a timeless and universal desire, whatever our age, gender, colour or nationality, we all want happiness. After all, who wants to be unhappy?
Yet, despite this strong desire for happiness many of us fail in its pursuit. Life can be full of difficulties, hardships and challenges and we can find ourselves unhappy for a whole multitude of reasons. Life doesn’t always turn out the way we want it to.
It was whilst I was in the depths of depression, despair and unhappiness that I came to a series of realisations that would change my life forever. I learnt how to be happy in life through making simple changes to my thinking and thought process.
A few years passed before I put pen to paper and wrote down my formula for happiness. Today, I would like to share this with you in the hope that you too can find happiness in your life. The causes of unhappiness are many however I believe happiness is a skill that we can all learn and master. It’s ours for the taking.
This is a short and simple guide which sets out the 13 principles that make up my formula for happiness; a must-read for anyone wanting to be happy in life.
