They were always exhausted and never ever seemed to be able to get back their energy no matter what they tried. Soon he found that he was exhibiting a few of those symptoms as well. Anthony started to really do the research and happened to find some information on adrenal fatigue. He noted that he and his coworkers had some of those symptoms and with that information in hand he sought medical treatment. He was soon able to get back that energy he needed to get through his daily tasks after getting the right treatment. He also got his coworkers back on track and with their encouragement, he wrote a book to get others to understand what this adrenal fatigue was.
