His parents are Dr. Govardhan Prasad Bhatt (Late), a distinguished gentleman and mother Smt. Kamla Bhatt, who is a respectable housewife. Dr. Govardhan Prasad Bhatt was an eminent philosopher from Banaras Hindu University and was a professor in many famous colleges all over India. He later served the Ministry of Education, India in the office of Central Hindi Directorate, R.K.Puram, Delhi.
The author himself is a post-graduate in sociology from Ch. Charan singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
