She loves nothing more than cool November days curled up on her couch with a cup of coffee and a good book. Over a decade in teaching, she has seen the types of books her students read and it inspired her to create a series they could read. She lives close to her family with her literary kitties Oreo, Shadow, and Peewee to keep her company.
