Saltzman knew from an early age that she wanted to be an educator so she attended Colorado College, received a Master’s from University of Colorado (Colorado Springs) and a Ph.D. from the University of Denver. Following her successful 32 year career as a teacher and administrator she published her memoir, Radical Survivor. Using humor and an open, honest style of writing, Saltzman tells the story of how she survived cancer and the loss of her husband and two sons in a small plane crash. Of the book one reviewer wrote, the story is "...an unforgettable journey that will change you forever..."
Saltzman presently lives in Colorado Springs with her fiancé, Greg Roman, and her dogs, Nacho and Macy. She stays busy volunteering in the community and learning how to promote and market her book and speaking engagements.vizualizați mai puține
